It does, I've shot a few dozen pics so far. I am waiting for sunset now and will test it out further. There is much to be learned here for certain! But I do believe I am going to LOVE it.

Now all you need is the battery grip when the time is right and you will be all set. Oh and a good neck strap.

Here is something to try...

Set the camera up exactly as you have it now Aperture Priority and also set it up for auto bracketing. Start out at half a stop of difference +/-. Make the shots just as you did above. Then when you play them back toggle down to see the histograms. Select the histogram that is most balanced between the extremes. Do this and you will soon be making perfect exposures every time. Yes it is not about the equipment doing what it does it is about making the equipment create your vision. :)
