come to think of it. That blue thing isn't garbage, they do orienteering/geotagging in that park. Aka it's a marker left for people getting bearings in a completion. Wicket creek park The reason I know this because there are other flags left around. I've seen some pink ones as well. Yes I try to avoid them but they are there on purpose. First time out, at this park in a while
