Tried something different last week, after a short rain. Do you think I'll be lucky?

No any other comments? Wow, either I am a kick ass photographer, or else this photo sucks and not even comments should be done (Just kidding!). Oh, well, there is aways tomorrow!!!

A few of the drops are in focus, the rest is out of focus, did you use a tripod? Maybe next time try a higher f stop to increase your DOF may make the shot a little sharper. The photo is just not an earth shaker for me, sorry if that's what you wanted. Macro is fun but very difficult.

PS: As usual I appreciate the effort.

Hi Stamatis.

Well as Glenn alluded to above, there is a strange colour cast to the image (white balance looks off).

The image itself is not particularly interesting and too much of it is out of focus - depth of field chosen isn't really appealing (which is strange since you used f/8). I would have either done a nice close up on a few of the rain drops or ensured that the main subject (the four leaf clover) was sharp and detailed all over.

Just my opinion of course - no offense intended :)

Actually, it's not a four leaf clover, it's really a three leaf........count 'em. :) There are three doubles showing. Anyway......slightly out of focus on some of the drops.....WB slightly off....it's been done a thousand times. I'm guessing you didn't use a macro lens. ;) Nice try, though, like Bill said. Effort is always appreciated, no matter the outcome. :)

Heh heh, thanks guys, the wb was a little tricky since it was a cloudy-rainy day. As regarding the macro lens, the usual; money shortage. And mid December didn't helped for the leaf yellowish color.
