the house is in a residential neighbor and i see no birdhouses for sale signs. i do see after enlarging the images "willy nelson for president" and a couple "no trespassing" signs.
image is of an old commercial orchard. The trees you see will soon be replaced by the new trees (seen on left side of image). A lot of the local orchards are replacing old trees with new varieties which fetch better prices.
