mar day 10: Hi alert. D600 80-400 1/1000 f6.3 iso iso 6400 you will see more of this guy during the year. Here he is on hi alert there was something he did not like. I was hoping to catch him drumming (calling and flapping his wings), that is the reason for hi iso and shutter speed.

Nice shot, not sure if its the old or new 80-400 but with the old one f/7.1 is its sharpest and the only aperture I used in Africa.

i just got the new/old 80-400 and i am working on my learning curve. Wish i had $$$$$$ for the new one but... Hoping and wishing do not = pictures. I got some question, will pm you later.
