Prize of The Hunt

My first critique post. Not to sure how hunting shots go over, but I take a lot of them.

This is my wife on our Pronghorn hunt in The Panhandle of Oklahoma. Taken at Sunset ambient light. It took her over two hours to crawl 1000 yards to make this hunt successful.

Nice shot. As much as she seems proud, I can feel a little bit of sadness in her eyes that you captured well. Have you thought of post processing it to remove a little bit of the red that is a little overpowering in my eyes?

There is always a feeling of sadness for an animal, it is respect for the game you are hunting. Especially for her, being a Veterinarian. I try to make sure no blood or incisions are present in my pictures but time/light was an issue at the moment. It didn't bother me much till you mentioned it, now I will remove it.

Thanks for the comments

I wasn't thinking about the blood, but the color of the light. Here is what I had in mind. Just my personal preference. I hope you don't mind my suggestion.
