Price for used D3?

Thanks guys!! I checked and Nikon sell refurbished D3 with a 90 Warranty for about $3400, I'm not asking that much mine so I thinking I'm good, thanks again everyone!!!

more like hour thread sparked a expansion to the topic,, how much will a D3 be worth 10 years from now, and would it be worth buying.

on a more direct response to your thread, why not a D700 instead of the D3?

Just as an FYI to the original question, I just paid $2200 w/next day air shipping for my Used D3. 49k on the shutter. 6 Month warranty. 30 day money back. Came with all the software, manuals, strap, box, the dual battery charger, body w/cap. Little wear on the black of the body, other than that it's perfect.
