Found another b&w shot from the '70s of an Elgin, Joliet & Eastern caboose in suburban Chicago. I still miss cabooses. Even my little EJ&E is gone, recently merged into the enormous Canadian National Railway.

That is SO cool and quite a sizable road. Sandpatch appreciates the B.& O. locomotive and train.

I'm still trying to decide what I'll be when I grow up ....

But with retirement right around the corner maybe I'll just skip that grown up part and go right to my second childhood.
