Yes it is. We are supposed to have a week of perfectly clear days coming up. I may have to walk to make the sunrise different.

I find the top one looks rather grainy..or is it just me.

Ok, this is something different. I have never taken a picture pre-dawn. Apparently the shutter stays open for a while if you're standing in the dark. No tripod, just hand held. This is blurry, but I kinda like it. Once I saw the street lights swirl in the view finder, I started moving the camera around.

It was really a spectacular pre-dawn. Sorry I didn't capture the real thing.
