Andy and I were taking a lot of hawk pictures for a while and I was looking them up a lot. For a while I didn't realized the adult and the juvenile should look different from each other.
I know there are differences, but I have no idea what they are. :shame: I need to get a good field guide or something.

This is an adult Northern Harrier. He is the only one I have seen in this area. So far these are my best shots of him. Unfortunately getting closer is not much of an option. These are taken at about 120 yards.
