Did you crop and paste the model into this shot? It looks like she's standing on top of the shot instead of in it... Or is it a selective blur on everything else but her?


This is using the lens blur in CS6 to get the bokeh effect. Cheap man post posessing intend of buying prime lens.

My wife, Grace, and Mr. GQ. He bears a strong resemblance to my dad. I can't tell you what I did right here, or why these shots are better than the other ones I'm not posting. I really have to start writing down my exif in a notebook, so I can refer back and learn from it.

I really like the darker light in the above shot. I favor 1/250th too much in my shots. I need to shut it down more for better color.

I do like the shot below, but think it is slightly overexposed, at least compared to the above shot.

These shots were taken with an FE2 and a 50mm 1.4.

For some reason the shot below is blurry in the print, so I thought it was a loss. I was surprised when I looked at the digital image and found that it is not blurry.
