My 52 Pic Challenge this week was "Shadows"
Tried some trees with long shadows later in the day - was not happy with the effects.

Today the IT tech at the office pulled a dead graphics card from a computer and I thought - it has potential.

Had to fiddle a bit to get what I wanted.

Here is my set up - two flashes under the Nikon CLS of my pop up flash which was set to minus 3 and sometimes shaded with a card.
The two flash units were laid down and a dark cloth placed over them.
Then I used a 60mm Nikor Micro, plus tried an extension tube and my raynox magnify lens.

I told her she had to put in another 20 years to qualify for the diamond, forty years is supposed to be a ruby - but I learned many decades ago "Happy Wife - Happy Life" and she's very happy today with her new Canadian Diamond ring.

Macro with 60 Nikkor plus the smallest of the Kenko extension tubes.
