Raynox DCR250 on my 70-300, stats in the EXIF, SB700 at full power (1/1). Cropped this one down to about 80%. 100% crop wouldn't get the whole critter in the frame.

HAD to shoot one more at full 300mm zoom and this lovely Raynox... BARELY cropped. Now I'm going to bed!

BTW, at f40, you see all the dust, so there were a few spots removed. Time to clean the ding-dang sensor again.

It's amazing indeed. Especially when you consider some have to drag a lot of body along with those little wings.

Taken using all my extension tubes stacked on my 55mm 2.8. That combined with a less than ideal f stop meant the depth of field was extremely shallow. Not got the eye in focus as I'd have like but got good definition on the hairs which I like.

No need to remove it, I'm pleased to see when its possible to get more out of my pictures. Post processing is where I'm least confident so its good to learn from from folks like yourself.
