It's macro season again. I have to start from scratch with the FX and there's no more D3300 to use until I figured it out. Ah well, it at least keeps me busy.

For macro; using the D750 I had a bit of a disadvantage compared to the DX but the D810's pixel increase makes it all good again.

Here's my favourite Toad shot I took today. Needed to use my new Joby SLR Zoom tripod for the first time as he was in shallow water I couldn't kneel or lie in. Also the first time I've ever felt the need for an articulated screen.
Will post a couple of other shots in the amphibian thread.
