I have went around and tested my 90mm macro tamron. Not much to shoot for insects. They tend to hide during cold weather and snow. So, you get salt and other things. I am impressed with this lens. I used the 85mm DX, the 105/f4 w/ extension tube and macro lenses. I decided to try the extension tube from the 105mm on the 90mm. Very nice.
