I decided to go ahead with Horoscope Fish 's recommendation and buy a pen tablet for post processing. It's a Wacom and has good ratings. Now for the learning curve. Bought it here.

I have the medium and large Wacom tablet and they are a learning curve for sure! I takes awhile because they are nothing like a mouse, but you'll get there! Congrats!

What do you use yours for primarily? Workflow with PS?

Yes. I'll give you the same tip that helped me learn to use mine. Put the mouse away completely. Do not even have it out. That's what made me start to learn how to use mine!! I got that from one of the videos I watched. It is such a difficult thing to learn, but if you don't have the mouse out to fall back on, you'll learn it much quicker!

i dont know if this qualifies, but i got a David Busch's D500 Guide to Photography book, free, thanks to a very kind and thoughtful Nikonite member. Wow this book has it all, i heard people speak well about it, now i understand.

I use mine in ps lr. It helps with my tremors. I bought a Hunion. It is an I pensive clone that really helps me.

I have a Hunion as well and it works great - I'm just super intimidated by it....so so far it's just been sitting here...I need to get with the program and learn to use it tho... :p

It is not hard to use. I downloaded the drivers and set some short cuts. I also set up an pressure sensitive brush in PS. It does take a little time to get use to but I like it.

I've been wanting a gen-U-ine Wescott Ice Light for the loooongest time but no matter how hard I try, I can't justify the $500 (!!) price tag. So...

Helloooo Yongnuo 360 for a fraction of the price! Picked up a spare battery, charger and a clip-on "barn door" for it as well. Photos are "stock", BTW, in case you couldn't tell...

Speaking of Induro, I also wanted to upgrade my sticks. My Manfrotto 190CX Pro4 doesn't get high enough (unless I use the center column and who wants to do that?) for certain situations. This GIT404XL (71") arrives tomorrow. Hopefully I won't regret NOT spending twice as much for a Gitzo or RRS.

Had to send it back to B&H for replacement. While extending the legs on a shoot Wednesday night, a leg section came out of the socket. I was able to reinsert it, but it went back today. Hopefully the replacement will be better.

I have been looking at these through Amazon but it does not include the battery or AC power supply from what I see. What did you get to power the light bar?

Lots of options out there... I decided on the Yongnuo '360 because I really, really want the RGB control.

Had a chance to look more closely at the Promaster - not impressed enough to part with $319 - even if that's $80 off regular price. ...

Went to two camera shops today - came away empty handed and it was pay day today - .... overwhelmed by will power - or "won't power" today.
