So, about to buy a Cowboy Studio light stand on Amazon, and it says "Usually ships in 2 to 4 months"?? Is that normal? Has anyone else ordered Cowboy Studio stuff through Amazon, and does it really take that long?

There's a Cowboy Studio warehouse here in DFW. When I went by, they mentioned that they can't honor prices from Amazon resellers because of their distribution agreement. I don't know if it just takes that long for the seller to re-order, but that seems like a very long time to wait for a standard item like a light stand.

They updated my expected delivery date this morning, so it should now arrive by 2/19. Win all around! Plus, because of another minor issue, the rest of my order was sent free 2-day express without me even requesting it? I emailed 'em on a minor issue, that after explanation, I was satisfied with... then Amazon upgraded me for express anyway!

I can't help but be impressed with Amazon's customer focused service, as it seems they go above and beyond almost every single time.

It shows I can get them in under a week. Strange. The 603 triggers are awesome. I'm playing around with them now.

Guess that and my updated delivery date means I ordered right before their shipment got in. GOOD to hear about the 603's! Can't wait to get it all in and mess with some of my ideas. Ideas that were NOT Googled, as for now, they're original (in my own head) and I don't wanna see that 8 million people have already done the same thing. LOL

Finally picked up a new camera bag the other day after getting the D7000 for Christmas. I went with a basic bag, an AmazonBasics DSLR/Laptop bag to be exact. I couldn't justify paying more for a name brand bag. This one should work for quite a while for me.

Is this the 400 f4.5? I saw one for sale today deadcheap, however this is not a priority and I need to prioritize.
