Is Duranta the same as the Golden Dewdrop? The flowers sure look the same!

Yes; Golden Dewdrops is one of the common names for the species Duranta erecta. This one is a cultivar (one of many now) called 'Razzle Dazzle.' The main difference is that the species has thorns. I also have a pure white called 'Alba', but the hummers don't think much of it.
