Zippy has taken to resting on a twig just outside my front window. He doesn't much care what I do inside, as long as I don't make any sudden moves, so I washed the window, set up the camera, and tried a few shots. Unfortunately, the sun is coming into the window, so he is silhouetted and shady. These needed some strong polishing to even get to passable. I'm thinking of rigging up a small soft light on the wall outside, so I don't have to shoot so slow and get better focus. May prove a foolish exercise, but that has never stopped me.
