It was just for a short moment to get the shot. I knew someone was going to accuse me of being a flower sadist. 
Which I'm absolutely not, I can assure you. But I was surprised to see the drop showing up in the shot since I never noticed it when I shot it.
Or maybe I should tell you that I'm extracting the liquid to mix a love potion...

Hymenocallis or white spider lily. It looks like h. Caribaea, bu there are a number of very similar species.
