This was a peach rose - really hard to nail the focus. Had to use Live view. Looking through the viewfinder is very deceptive.

Thank you buddy! That Nikkor AF 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6 ed D lens is a great lens! It surprised me how nice the flowers turned out! Lol

Very nice.

I have been trying exactly the same thing with a peach coloured Begonia. Peach seems a hard colour to get in sharp focus.
