Can't decide between these two. The first one was panned with camera to get the blurred background while the second was blurred in post. There is a slightly different look between the blur. The first one took some practice (and missed shots) before I got into the rhythm of syncing my panning with the speed of the boats going by. The second one took quite a bit of time in post so it isn't something I want to do on a regular basis.
