I took this yesterday, so that's technically fall. You'll notice that the leaves haven't started to change colors as yet..... maybe just a little tanner.

Some tree near me have more or less lost all the leaves, but these trees still have most of there leaves.

It depends on the tree type and its location. If its protected from wind and frost then the leaves can last longer.
I have a walnut tree in our garden and it is still in full leaf, where all the others trees have almost lost all of them.
The walnut is always the last to come into leaf in the spring and the last to lose them Autumn.
