It is a Black Phoebe, which is a tyrant flycatcher. They are quite common around here. They are cute little birdies.

Nice bokeh with the lens especially since it is at f/8. One thing that frustrates me with the 300mm f/4 PF + 1.7x TC is the bokeh looks kind of like onion skin bokeh. Great shot!
