This was late in October taken with my D600. We don't often see clouds this color. It was taken after 6pm--red sky at night, sailor's delight.... Most likely this is as red as we'll see here.

I see a ghost just to the left of the roof and an elephants truck to the right. That's what clouds are for, right?

You're very observant. I didn't even notice those things. You have an artist's eye. This building is known as the business plaza and it houses various government and private offices. The top is a revolving restaurant called 360.

Thanks! Looking at it some more, I see a face on the left, maybe Abe Lincoln, and a puppy dog head to its right.
