So how about this DxO ONE for IPhones? Is this going to be a deal changer or just another expensive do-dad?

As much as I like DxO software, the iPhone camera seems too expensive. I'd rather have a Sony RX100 Mk IV. Or a new phone with a better camera.

Galaxy S6 or LG G4 are the best mobile cameras you can get.

Work in progress for Biryani. I normally take shots of all the steps, so there are at least 35 images. That way I can refer back to the steps and ingredients, when ever I make it after some time.

Layer the half cooked rice and herbs. Normally for small lots there are two layers. For larger batches, three to four.

Seal made of flour. This will seal the lid to the pot. In case the heat is too high, the seal will give way and steam will escape. Time to reduce the heat till the steam stops coming out.

Slow cooking. Note the "tawa" under the pot. That it is to reduce the heat.

Pork Chops. The original cut was 1.6 kg for 4 chops. I trimmed around 3/4 inches of fat and skin. Marinated for 3 hours and then fried them in pork fat.
