This a gray photo and not a black and white (like several of your pics). Some pics just don't work in B&W because the become all gray instead of going from black to white. You need to see trough the collors and notice the strenght of light and the light contrast. And just like in this pic, the green leaves and the water got almost the same strenght of reflective light, what gives you a flat gray pic. You can adjust the luminosity of the collors while editting. Maybe if lower the luminosity of the blue's and aqua's there comes some life in this pic.
