I was hoping to try to jump in and participate in the "Abandoned" challenge, but I misread the rules. So, while it's not the photo I wanted to capture, the "no trespassing" signs scared me a little LOL. But here is an old abandoned Religious theme park in my hometown, Holy Land. There is a bright cross that you can see from all points in the city, but they never rebuilt the park. It used to to be such a popular tourist attraction, but they shut it down in 1984 and while they considered rebuilding it a few times, it's never happened. Tragically, a teenage girl was raped and murdered here in 2010.
