Lately I've lucked out with two really good osprey opportunities. Both totally unexpected and hundreds of miles away from each other.

thats the first time i have saw breeding colors on an great white egret Marilynne, usually only see those on a cattle egret.

Both the snowy and great males at Craig Park have had strong breeding color this year, but we don't seem to get plumage change like that.

That's a Snowy Egret Roy. I thought it was a Cattle Egret at first until I saw the feet. Don't recall seeing breeding colors on them either.
