Not sharpening seems to be the only solution to keep these shots somewhat clean of fringes. Ah well, at least the advantage is it being less work.

We were meeting some friends downtown yesterday so I took the Tamzooka off the D7100 and used my 18-200mm. It felt like I was using a toy and I forgot how to hold the camera. Anyway, we left early and stopped at Lake Ida. The pelicans are never around when I have the Tamzooka on. And why do they always come from behind me??

Depends which program your using,i use photoshop elements,if i save for web it strips the info,if i resize to 1000 on the longest side and choose save as it retains it,cant help with other programs though.
