Re: Bird in Flight

A whole flock of birds of some sort gathered overhead - grabbed my D90 - it had a Tammy 70-300 with the Kenko 1.4 attached. I had been experimenting to see how what I could coax from that combo. It was what was ready to shoot when I had the chance. These birds were well up there - cloudy but bright sky - best I could do were these silhouettes. Anyone want to hazard a guess as to what kind of birds we have here? I'm thinking cranes but I could be wrong.
