This is a Townsend Warbler. I stood still and it came up so close I could not focus on it for a while. The last two photos have no crop.

This is another Yellow Rumped Warbler. I like how he has stepped across his wing.

Very nice shots, but it is a female Townsend's warbler.
You are right. For whatever reason my download of warblers in the Merlin app doesn't include the Townsend Warbler and I guess it picked it up as a Yellow Rumped Warbler which there are plenty of those in the area right now. That is good to know because that is also the first one of those I have photographed. Thank you.
