I do like going to the local WWT. It's a great opportunity to get up close to birds I otherwise just wouldn't see. Some of the birds there are pretty much residents but the vast majority of them come and go with the seasons so what you see is always changing.

I'm still persevering with my old D3100 but using apperture and shutter priority modes makes me think in a more creative way than I ever used to.
