I didn't get the gull fully framed. It was as if I shot the long lens for the first time. It again requires practice to shoot the Tam with crop-factor.

More than once I could not even find the darn bird at 600mm.

If this lens had the reach of the other Tam, I'd drool that much, I'd die from dehydration.

If you take test shots, always change the settings back. 1000 looks a lot like 100 I now realize.
