This is cross-posted in my thread. I went to this shopping center knowing seagulls tend to hang out in the parking lot. When I opened my window, they flew over so quickly that I had to put the window back up FAST! :beguiled: They settled down waiting for food. I didn't have any. 
So I opened the window slowly and only partway.
This gull didn't appear to be in any distress, but since seagulls are federally protected, I sent the image to the Pennsylvania State Game Commission asking who I should contact. I also posted this in a Facebook group. Someone had the audacity to ask why I outed the bird and did I even bother to help it.
