Looks like a Audubon's variety Butter Butt to me

.

Had to look that one up - I'm using "Birds of Alberta" and nothing about Butter Butts - Mr. Google to the rescue - I learn that Butter Butt term is used more in the States than in Canada. Butter Butt, aka Yellow Rumped comes in two (and some say three) versions. Audubon's and Myrtle. But I'm leaning towards the Myrtle as the Audubon's have a more yellow throat - Myrtles a white throat.
