Spotted this Juvenile great crested grebe today, it was a good way out, so thought I would wait to see if it would come a bit closer, Tricky bird to follow, it would dive under the water, and pop up 10 foot away from where it went in.

But after 10 minutes managed to get these shots.

Yeah Mike, indeed the ability to shoot at higher iso for bird photography is really helpful. I am sure your D7200 is equally good for that. I will find time to try out more over the weekend.
