Very nice,perch,pose and background,with it being a Wren even nicer
Cheers Mike. The tree canopy in Sherwood is pretty dense now. Just too many leaves for them to hide behind, and stratospheric ISO numbers make for a frustrating shoot. But that stump just had a little bit of light

Pretty cool was able to call some Tanagers in with their own call i played from online recordings. Came in several times.

Awesome I've never seen a Summer Tanager we just have the Scarlet up here

Looked up the Scarlet and shows we have them here in summer. A beautiful bird, maybe they would come in to their calls as well.?
Thanks to photography i am now noticing birds i never knew were around. :)

Our Scarlet's are already gone there only here for a week or two(in may) on their migration North

Next you'll get into Warblers there fun and have some amazing colour's till they return in Fall then have fun Id'íng them :D

Cassin's kingbird, way across the creek. I tried to get a BIF when it was going after bugs, but it was just to darn fast
