Its a laser survey plane. It monitors tidal erosion and the like. Theres G-MIND, G-SOUL, G-BODY, and maybe a couple of other similar registrations

Cheers Lee. The Typhoon got pushed down the itinerary. My guess is the 29 Squadron display one went tech, so they sent a standard grey scheme

I was camping at some lake in Portugal which was below a Nato flight path to the Middle East when I spotted it. At first you wonder what the hell that thing is and only when you see some details, it becomes a "plane".
