The RAF Tristar tankers were flown into Bruntingthorpe to await their fate. They have been bought by an American who plans to use them for the same purpose. Note that this one carries a U.S serial number now

Went to the Zeppelin museum in Friedrichshafen, Germany with my son.
It's aviation at its beginning and certainly very interesting.

Something especially nice for me as a structural engineer:
