Yes. It's purpose is to advertise the Air Asia airline. BTW the balloon is quite big and was high in the sky

Nice pictures,when i had a spell out of photography we had a holiday in Wales,my sister directed me to a spot in the mountains where the planes and helicopters came through below you,still wish i had been geared up it was great looking down on them.
