This was taken by the track photographer at Nelson Ledges, Ohio in 1974. BSA 750 twin hooked up to a Norton Manx gearbox. That's me hangin out . I love to slide!

I think that's what we called Oak-Tree bend.

I really loved that track, not as fancy as Mid-Ohio but I always felt like I was going home when I raced there. Much faster than Mid-Ohio too. It's been 5 years or so since I've been up there & have heard that the track has a new owner. It is currently shut down, fingers crossed they can make the needed improvements & get it back on line. The track needs to be repaved & the Ohio EPA is after them to clean out all the tires that make the tire walls.
