IMO that is a contributing factor as are high square front ends, info screens and others. Vehicle mass is a factor with the smaller lighter vehicle faring far worse. There is also the increased risk of roll over in pick-up trucks.

Oops , I need to pay more attention when posting. Hopefully next ones will be in the correct section

I took that shot at the 'Polish Aircraft Museum' which is an amazing place of old Soviet built aircraft. There must be over 100 old aircraft in a massive field where visitor are allowed to wander around with the only restriction being not to physically touch the aircraft. It is like heaven for any aircraft enthusiasts
