Photoshop,just used focus select,which was 95% correct added a couple of small areas to the selection,inverted the selection and used lens blur.

Well, last weekend I joined the Tamzooka club. I took it for a spin over the weekend, but it was tonight that the weather conditions were favorable enough for me to try and pull this one off. This light is located about 7 miles from where I took the photo, and the haze over the water tonight was minimal. I knew I might want to crop a little, so I used the D3200 tonight.
