Post repair dust spots, dammit

I was wondering if you had thought about selling the D600 now that you have the D800?

Nope. It's a different camera and I have uses, if not needs, for both. Everybody rightly raves about the D800, but I have to say that dealing with files that large can get cumbersome. 20 image focus stack or panorama? Hope you have time ... and enough memory. A lot of my shooting is just spur of the moment walkabout stuff, and I love doing landscapes and rural decay stuff, but also do a lot of birds and wildlife. So on walkabout the D800 usually sits in DX or 1.2 crop mode with my Sigma 150-500mm while the D600 has something like a 24-85mm or 16-35mm depending on where I am.

Both great cameras, and both worth keeping.
