Photographic styles - what is the "style" of the 2010's?

Photography seems to go thru clear periods in which there's a certain style that's associated with that age. For instance, in the 1960's it was all about the fish-eye, then in the 1970's it was the "zoomy" effect and nearly everyone was doing the "zoomy" photos. And then in the late 90's- early 2000's tilt-shift was the rage and everything was looking like a miniature world, and then came the heavy contrast HDR craze which seems to be tailing off and no longer so "in style" anymore.

So my question is this - what do you think the style or type of photography will be associated with the 2010's? What, if any, photographic craze are we into now that will seem dated in 10-15 yrs from now?

I think we are in an age where diversity is all the rage and it's all on the table. Everything from conservative to radical has it's place when society stresses individualism.

Hmmmm, something to ponder...I am not certain what would be the style of the era. Great question! There are so many types of photography now it's hard to narrow it down to one trend. I have no doubt there is one. But what...besides digital
