I do not have a photo editing software program yet. Can anyone tell me a good program to buy. I was looking at Photoshop Lightroom 5 for Windows. Would this be good to start out. Thanks

Didn't you get a program (viewNX2)with your Nikon 3200?

Want some free programs? Try Picasa, Irfanview....can't remember the other one! LOL Google 'free image processing programs.'

I love Lightroom and will continue to use it. That said, I've soured greatly on Adobe and am really beginning to appreciate the open source software that's being developed. Personal circumstances have kept me from playing with it too much, but DaveW posted about a package called LightZone that my brother (a pro) and I had a chance to mess with a little a few weeks ago and it's really a remarkable program - and it's free. It's very much like Lightroom and will likely get better with time as more and more people use it. I would heartily suggest giving it a shot. What have you got to lose but a little time? And you can put the software money towards your next lens!!
