[QUOTE="crashton, post: 391680, member: 13133"] Poor guy hope he survived his injury's. :( My George was a street cat that showed up at our place one day. I was out working in the garden & saw him hiding under a pine tree in the side yard. I thought it was Ralph who was our indoor cat. How'd you get out Ralph? When he answered back the voice was wrong. Not Ralph at all. He was a friendly little guy & hung around for a week. Turns out Ralph died that week. We welcomed George as our new house cat. To this day I believe Ralph took out an add in the local cat paper looking for his replacement & George answered the ad. We found out later when we had him scanned for a chip at the vet that he was from a home nearby. The owners told me they didn't want him. He left home when those folks brought a dog into the house. George had been on his own for three & a half years. Nine years later & George is living the good life with us, he still dislikes dogs.
