I have used my Sigma 10-20 on my 810 it is a DX lens though. Only did it for testing purposes and not since. All my other lens are Nikon as are my batteries.

What did you think of it's image quality? I've just compared a Sigma 150mm F2.8 APO Macro DG HSM (older non VR), with a Micro Nikkor 105mm F2.8 (VR version), and if anything, the Sigma is sharper and a tad more contrasty.
The Sigma also works with the D850's focus shift function.

When back and looked only shot 23 images with it on that camera not enough to make any kind of determination. If it does what you want do worry about the name on it.
