I think you certainly have done a good job.
As already said the more light the less room for noise.

What software are you using to do it ?

I have both Denoise (Topaz) and Dfine (Nik Tools). I prefer Dfine to Denoise. But maybe I'll due a noise comparison test and see how it turns out when actually comparing the two.

This evening I will pull out my non really nice camera that doesn't shoot really nice pictures and shoot some noisy images.
